Older Adult Information and Assistance

We understand that life is full of transitions and new challenges. At JFS, we'll help you face new issues as they arise, whether you need help with maintaining a home, securing transportation, or help making ends meet.  Should you require services that JFS does not provide, we'll connect you with others who can help.

Working in conjunction with the Jewish Senior Network, JFS older adult case managers conduct needs assessments, develop plans, make referrals, connect you to needed services, advocate, and provide financial assistance for qualified clients.
