It’s easy to Spread the Love with a PB&J drive!
During February, our peanut butter and jelly drive encourages individuals, businesses, organizations, schools, youth groups, and neighborhoods to “spread the love” to our neighbors.
- Gather your team: Coordinate a drive at your workplace, school, or club – or recruit family, friends, and neighbors.
- Start collecting: Donate peanut butter, nut butter, jelly, Nutella, honey, or your favorite non-perishable!
- Weigh-in: Bring your donations to JFS in Brookside or Overland Park for a “weigh-in” or schedule a pick-up for your collection.
Each month, JFS distributes approximately 500 jars of peanut butter. Jelly is also very popular but costly for JFS to purchase through food networks.
JFS hopes to collect 2,500 jars of peanut butter and other spreadables during February.
